I've been neglecting my posts this month and I do apologize but I'm sure you all know why. Not only are we all on edge with what's happening in Florida, but it's also Christmas season... ahh! How is Amelie already 11 months old?! Seriously, how did that happen? The kid has 7 teeth, has a small vocabulary, and a huge personality! Also, she constantly circles the living room, trying to find an escape route. She can take about 6 steps until she realizes she isn't holding on to anything and then she slowly sits down. Open mouth kisses? She has 'em! She especially loves kisses from Zoe! (yuck!) She makes the funniest faces. She eats everything she can get her hands on. She loves opening presents from under the Christmas tree when I'm not looking. She dances now. It is the funniest thing to watch! Her favorite toy? Basically anything she isn't supposed to have, but mostly the wall outlet. Of course, we have outlet covers on it but she knows how to take them off so we've had to tape them down. This kid is smart! She learned to whistle after seeing it done twice. She points and moves her finger to the words on her books. And, she's a climber. She will stack objects on top of one another to get more height. She'll pull everything out of her toy box and climb in. She's a handful, but I wouldn't trade it for the world! Here are some recent pictures of how adorable she is! Enjoy...
